Conversion of a former retail shop into a café
(HOAI Service Phases 1–9)
Across three guest rooms with a total area of about 150 square meters, the café hosts not only everyday operations but also readings, exhibitions, and other events.
The street façade was completely redesigned and fitted with large, vertically opening wooden sliding windows. The lower frames can be used as seating elements from both inside and outside.
